IMPORTANT AGM INFORMATION
Proxies - A member may appoint another member as his or her proxy to vote and speak on his or her behalf at a general meeting. The appointment of a proxy must be in writing and signed by the member making the appointment using the Proxy Form
Quorum - No business may be conducted at a general meeting unless a quorum of members is present. The quorum for a general meeting is the presence of fifteen of the members entitled to vote.
Voting - On any question arising at a general meeting, each member who is entitled to vote has one vote, and members may vote personally or by proxy; and the question must be decided on a majority of votes. If votes are divided equally on a question, the Chairperson of the meeting has a second or casting vote.
Financial Members - An Ordinary Member is taken to have resigned if the annual player registration fee of the Registered Player of whom they are a parent or guardian has not been paid by 30 June in any given year.
