The Chadstone Football Club's Annual General Meeting took place on 28/10/2016 with the election of the new office bearers moving forward to the 2017 season.
Although the club is sad to see our current Treasurer and life member, Janine Bingham depart the committee after 18 years of service, Janine will still be on hand where needed and the committee cannot thank her enough for her hard work during her tenure as Treasurer, President and the likes. Senior coach, Jason Cotsis, has also stepped down from his post but, has always had the interests of the club at heart and the Club thanks him greatly for the unenviable task he had during 2016.
On the very pleasing positive notes, the Committee has increased to an incredible 16 members (11 new) and are looking strong with all members committed to bringing this great club back to its former glory. Whilst, we are fielding only one Men's side in the Club XVIII competition for 2017, the Committee sees 2017 season as a step back, in order to take the next steps forward.
The Club is committed to also looking to field a Women's team for 2017. We have received a number of interested players and are in the process of bringing this new team to a reality.

The committee consists of five ongoing members as well as some fresh faces. Chadstone also welcome back Curtis Lalande and former Captain and Senior best & fairest, Nick Boothman, after a few years away from the club. The committee's mixture of age, experience and youth brings a bright future for next year.
