The Dingos have recorded their largest win of the 2016 season, defeating the High Park Demons by 156 points while improving to 4-3 for the year. Jumping out of the blocks to kick the first goal of the match, the red and black led all day and were too strong for the league's founding club.
Ruckman Tom Bell was dominant again, competing well in the ruck and booting a match-high five goals. Chris Buczkowski turned back the clock, kicking three and providing a target up forward for the Dingos midfielders to kick to.
First-game Dingo Ben Perry was an impenetrable force at half-back before shifting to the ruck and forward line and kicking his first goal for the club. Mike Bocian also kicked his first as a Dingo in a rare foray into the forward line.
All up, the Dingos had ten different goalkickers in a strong team performance that saw the forwards working well together to share the ball around.
With the win, the Dingos sit in fourth place on the AFL Ontario ladder as they head into a crucial home-and-home series with the fifth-placed Hamilton Wildcats.
