Notice of Special General Meeting

A Special General Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday 21st July 2016 at 8pm at the Mark Bateman Rooms, 156 Park Road Donvale.

Pursuant to the Rules of the Association, a Special General Meeting is called to consider the following Special Resolutions. An Explanatory Statement is attached to this Notice of Special General Meeting to provide additional information on the proposed Special Resolutions to be put to members.
