We somehow survived the Ladies Lunch on Saturday, which was still making a lot of noise when the footy finished. Big thanks to Michelle Hemmings and her helpers for a outstanding effort. As far the football went, the Seniors were on top from the start, but only really hit the scoreboard till the final term. The better players were Kirby McConnon, Tommy Schneider, Jake Best, Darcy Crocker, Liam, Buxton, Adam Parker and Cam Purdy. The Reserves took a little while to shake off the opposition, but did come home strongly. The better players were Alex Wells, Andy Ellis, Matt Barnard, Jaydon Stiles, Matt Garvin and Brook Kainey. The Under 19’s bounced back from their first loss to comfortable take the points against a very young Montrose team. The better players were Callum Mendes, Jordan Vassis, Matt McKenzie, Joel Bleize, Bailey Hotker and Lachie Gould. The big winners this week were the Forest Hill Eagles who had a huge day at Surrey Park. Today they have a very important game against top side Donvale. Good luck boys !!.
