In a game that promised so much the Hornets continued their good form with a 10 goal victory at Tidbolt park on Saturday.
The Hornets jumped out of the gates kicking the first 5 goals and never looked back.
Nelis was once again a handfull up forward kicking 5 goals, but it was the depth of the Hornets with the inexperienced NEAFL players in Lawrence, Ainsworth, Ferron and McIvor that all had impact on the day.
Will Wolbers put in another great game dominating in the ruck with 8 clearences of his own.
The boys now sit second with a bye this week to freshen up before a tough 5 weeks ahead.
