Northern Knights – Youth Academy Squad Coach

The Northern Knights Football Club are seeking committed and talented people in the Northern Metropolitan Region to join our Youth Academy coaching staff for the second phase of the Youth Academy Program.

The role of a Youth Academy Squad Coach is to assist the Youth Academy Head Coach to develop and teach the fundamental skills to members of the Northern Knights Youth Academy Squad which incorporates our Youth Academy Squad incorporating our U15s and U16s players.

The aim is to develop the players’ skills to a level that they have the ability to progress to the Northern Knights TAC Cup Squad and enhance the chances of as many players as possible to gain State Academy Selection in the initial Vic Metro U/16 Academy.

This role is fantastic for any Level 1 & 2 coaches that want to further their coaching development in a Talented Pathway Program.

An honorarium will be offered to successful applicants.
