The 2016 season will officially get underway this weekend with the Seniors aiming to go one better than their runner up finish last season.
The Seniors will return to Burpengary for the first time since their grand final defeat at the hands of Mayne last September, however this time they will be taken on Moreton Bay.
The Roos will go into the match with 15 of their 22 having played in the grand final last year which is a great sign of player retention at the club.
The Seniors will kick off at 2pm while the Reserves will commence at 11.45am.

The Colts - who also tasted Grand Final defeat last season - have already notched up their fiirst win in the strengthened 2016 Competition, comfortably accounting for UQ at home last weekend.
They'll take on Redcliffe away from 9.30pm.

The 3rd grade side will also play their second round of the season after travelling up the Bruce Hwy and going down to Gympie in the Grand Final rematch last weekend (Yep, 3of our 4 senior sides went down in GF's last season).
The 3rds will be playing at home against Pomona from 2pm.
