A mouthguard fitting session will be held on Tuesday 1 March, 2:30 pm - 7 pm at the Lighthouse (near the Anchor) This session has no appointment times, it's first come first seen etc.
Mouthguard costs for 2016 for a standard mouthguard $95 and a laminated/named mouthguard $105.
For those that can't make that date an appointment can be made with the clinics, after school hours and possibly a Saturday session. These sessions at the clinic are time allocated so the parents need to call the clinic directly to schedule these in.
Payment is due at the time of fitting by cash or we take credit card details and all processing/receipts are done in the clinic as there are no facilities at the school for electronic payments or health fund claiming.
Receipts are enclosed all itemised for health fund claims inside the mouthguard bags on return to the club.
