Tony has a long and varied coaching career, going back to the mid-1980s. Since that time, he has coached with many of the ACT - NPL Division powerhouses as well as ACT representative teams, taking squads to nationals and the Pacific School Games.

He has also coached with a variety of different age groups, from U 16s through to open men's competitions. He currently holds an AFC C License.
