The Reserves were very good and pulled away in second half for a solid win. Better players were Daniel Mendes, Andy Ellis, Robbie McComb, Duncan Jones, Tyson Hyams and Nick Mendes. The Forest Hill Eagles had a massive win and will go into tomorrow’s Ist Semi Final at Mitcham with plenty of confidence. Better players were Lachie Gould , Lachie Jackson, Aiden Stephens , Nick Riddle , Gavin Carusi and Jonathon O'Carroll. Well done to Coach David Knight for an incredible effort all year and he should be very proud of the big improvement this year.
Congratulations to our Junior Club for having three teams in Grand Finals last week and winning with the Under 13A and Under 14A’s with both teams undefeated.
Our thanks to all those who helped the Committee run the Junior Finals at Vermont over the past four weeks. It is a big job and that help by the Vermont friendless is much appreciated. Special thanks also to our Coterie Group Eagletonians who ran a very successful Business Lunch last week, thanks to great support and the generosity of Murray Weideman and Peter Mckenna.
