We need to provide change room facilities & to achieve this we will be setting up the club marquee & another that will been offered by our U10's Manager Jo Kelly.
We need to enclose the marquees so I am asking anyone that may have some tarps or drop sheets we can hang / fasten to the marquees, if they can let me know it would be appreciated.
The marquees are roughly 6m long x 3m wide & 3m high. we need to cover the back, both sides & I would suggest half of the front of the marquees to allow privacy for the teams if they wish to use them.
We will also need to provide seating withing the change rooms - we can use the chairs in the club house & I can bring along 12 plastic chairs. I think if we can get maybe another 12 this would provide adequate seating plus we can provide seats at the inetrcahnge area for the competing teams.
We will also need to get the scoreboard out of mothballs & will need people to operate this on the day.
We will probaby need to start setting up ground at around 9am, so anyone that can help please come down & assist. I will let Jonna, our Canteen Co-ordinator, organise or seek assitance for the canteen & BBQ.
