Fit Football

 

Fit Football is a group based fitness session for people who don’t have the time or commitment to play competition football.

Fit Football can be done anywhere, anytime with any number of participants and focuses on providing the fun and health benefits of being involved in sport, you don’t even need football skills!

It is more fun than a workout and, whatever your fitness level, you’ll see improvement in no time. Fit Football really is the best way to ‘Have a Ball Getting Fit’.

How does Fit Football work?

Fit Football will be delivered in short, sharp sessions. Ideally this will be 4 - 6 sessions of 30 - 45 minutes delivered across a 6 week period.

Running alongside our 8 week Spring Skills Program for Juniors Williamstown SC will be running a fitness campaign aimed at adults of all abilities and fitness levels to take part in while the Juniors train. 

This is a pilot program set up by FFV and VicHealth and we welcome any adults to come along and join in.  Cost is just $5 per session.  Sessions will be running from 6-7pm on Thursday evenings. First session starts after the September/October School Holiday. More info to follow.
