Key Information - Auskick, Under 9s and Under 10s Gala Day

Event: Under 9’s & 10’s Gala Day
Date: Sunday 28th June
Venue: Blacktown International Sportspark, Eastern Rd, Rooty Hill
Time: Auskick – 8am arrival for an 8.30am start
          Under 9’s & Under 10s arrive by 10am for games to commence at 10.30am
On arrival: Auskick – please find your Auskick Coach in the Oval 1 Grandstand
                Under 9s – each team (either coach or manager) please see the AFL staff on Oval 2     at registration tables. Please complete this as soon as you arrive (by 10.10am at the latest).
               Under 10s – each team (either coach or manager) please see the AFL staff on Oval 1 at registration tables. Please complete this as soon as you arrive (by 10.10am at the latest).
Wet Weather: In the event of cancellation due to wet weather or ground closures, Club Presidents will receive a text message notification. Cancellations will also be highlighted through the GSJ website and AFL NSW/ACT Facebook & Twitter accounts

Please also highlight the below information to parents and participants regarding the day:

• The purpose of our Gala Day is to bring everyone together, to have some fun and play AFL. Sunday is about having a kick and having fun! No scores will be kept recorded
• Two adults per team will be permitted inside the field. ALL other parents and adults must remain outside the fence
• A BBQ will be running on the day
