Gary Matthew’s Cup 1972 – 2011, aged 39 years
This Monday 8th June Noarlunga United v Seaford
Gary started playing soccer at the age of 5 for Christies Beach primary school.
At 7 he played for NUSC in the U10’s for 2 season he then played for Seaford.
Gary played for every Seaford Fed from U10’s to the 1st team receiving many accolades on the way.
Gary was transferred back to NUSC as a senior player in the early 1990’s playing very strong team for 3 – 4 years.
He then left NUSC to play for South Adelaide and after 4 games had a bad injury which finished his soccer career.
Seaford – 1989 – 1994 83 games 9 goals
NUSC - 1995 – 1998 83 games 27 goals
South Adelaide – 1999 11 games 1 goal
