Last Sunday afternoon, Noosa Tigers Under 10s had 20 kids and 40 parents trek down to the Gabba to participate in the half time mini league.
The team was made up of participants from all 3 under 10's sides withe their respective coaches with Ray Brown, the number 1 Port Power tragic, coaching and organising the team for the night.
The Tigers wore the Port Power colours and were up against Zillmere who wore the Brisbane Lions colours. The excitement from the kids was priceless, from the time they left Noosa to the long drive home late that night, there were smiles and laughter all round. The photo's tells the story.
The kids approached the game with excitement but also wanted to do the Noosa Tigers proud, and that they did, their conduct on the day/night and the brand of footy they played showed that the future of Noosa footy is in good hands.
We would like to thank all the kids that participated and all the parents and coaches that helped out to make this a memorable night for the kids and gain respect for Noosa Tigers in the AFL world.
