SWQ Thunder enter Round 5 as the NPL team, playing the winner from the Zone preminiary rounds - West Wanderers.

Round 4 v Willowburn 1-1 at fulltime & extra time winning penalty shootout 4-1
SWQ Thunder, drawn as the home team loses their home ground advantage with the Stadium still out of action, playing on West Wanderers field 1, Hume St, Toowoomba
