The mighty Northcote Park FC prides itself on being a family club.
On Sunday against Frankston YCW we lived up to this reputation by having 3 sets of Twin brothers all play in the same side(s).
It's highly unlikely whether any sporting team in the world would have had 3 sets of twins play for them at the same time!
In a proud,historic and perhaps record breaking occasion for the club we had the Liam & Janus Waldron, Marc & Andre Botoulas, Matthew & Daniel Brown all play both the Under 19 & Reserves games.
The boys all played very well in both games and acquitted themselves very well against (at times)much bigger opposition.
Not only are these boys good players they are fine and respectful young gentlemen as well.
The Waldron & Brown twins will be regulars in the 19s this year, whilst the Botoulas boys as being only 16 will join the mighty Cougars next year once their junior Careers with mighty Preston JFC are finished.
