A BRIGHT FUTURE FOR OUR MORELAND ZEBRAS MINI ROOS
Mini Roos Football is shining at the Zebras and the reason why is simple.
The focus is on developing young players ability and understanding the language of football.
Learning the tools of the trade but the correct way. (learning the correct skills and the correct way to play football)
This is a credit to the program that the Moreland Zebras Football club and all its coaches believe in and preach.
The last few weeks the team at Moreland Zebras have commenced the implementation of the Discovery and SAP program in our Mini Roos Program
This weekend we have witnessed some entertaining and exciting football at the Point Cook Cup. The way our youngster are playing football is fantastic.
The end result at this level is not the focal point. Its the way it is taught and implemented. The end result isn't the most important point, its the way it is achieved.
We at Moreland Zebras believe by doing it the correct way, results will eventually come our way and means much more by doing it the correct way.
Congratulations to our Mini Roos teams at the Point Cook Cup. Great Effort.

" Great Effort by all the Zebras teams at this years Point Cook Cup. Well done to the Under 11 Kangaroos going back to back winning last years U10 Point Cook Cup and this year winning the U11 Point Cook Cup. A special mention goes out to U10 Kangaroos for taking out second place and the U11 Wallabies taking out 3rd place in what goes down as the game of the tournament in a sudden death penalty shoot out over U11 Point Cook Kangaroos team.
