The final piece of the Roos coaching jigsaw was put into place this week when Ashley Simpson accepted the role of the Reserves Coach for 2015.

He then returned to country footy, playing for the River Raiders in the CMAFL before heading north to Darwin where he played a season for the Waratahs in the NTFL.
In 2005 he moved to Queensland and played for the Caloudnra Panthers before a couple of knee operations kept him out of the game for two seasons.
"I have been in Qld for almost 10 years now and look forward to my new challenge of coaching the Maroochydore Roo's reserves"
Ash is a top bloke with a heap of footy experience and is the prefect cadidiate to guide the reserves squad into the 2015 season. Welcome aboard!
