Last round of the season, Scoop sends out his final wire.

U9’s away to Watsonia. Boys put plenty in this and had a great game. What a fantastic season the U9’s have had this year. Quick to learn and having plenty of fun, the improvement over the entire season was great to see! Well done Boys and thank you parents for the cheer an support.

U12’s Lost 2-0 away to Northern Falcons. Playing the top of the table team that has only lost one game all season was always going to be a challenge for any team. The U12’s put on a great effort for the entire game. Finishing middle of the table against some fancy club pedigrees is an exceptional effort from new team.

U14’s Lost 1-0 awayto Templestowe. Scoop remembers the last encounter at home, bit of a shock when the much fancied dance academy didn’t get the big win. These boys can hold their head high for the season. A better percentage was going to see a high table finish, but let’s remember everyone was sharing the goalkeeping duties.

U15’s lost 5-3 home to Alphington. Last time we played them they only had one ball. Scoop had to keep the ear plugs in being next to the Alphington coach’s box. This was a great effort as the boys piled on 3 unanswered goals in the second half. End of season finishing mid table was a great effort.
