Winter competition Presentation & AGM
The 2014 winter season is soon to come to an end and it has been a great season for all our team and players. The Rolling Hills Netball Club committee would like to invite all players and families to join us to celebrate all our achievements.
When: Friday October 3rd 2014
Time: 6pm for 6.15pm start of AGM and dinner
Where: Action Indoor Sports Stadium
160 New Street Ringwood
AGM and dinner for players (pizza, chips and drink) followed by presentations and Action Sports (Volleyball, Soccer, Netball and Dodge ball). The cost for siblings is $5.00/child (pizza and drink). Note: siblings cannot participate in Action Sports but will have access to play area. Sibling payments can be made on the night with a raffle ticket issued as receipt. Parents, BYO nibbles (drinks will be available at bar prices).
For booking & catering purposes, please complete the attached form and return via email to rollinghillsnc@gmail.com or through the school tubs no later than Friday 19th September 2014. If you wish to become apart of our general committee or get involved with the club through coaching or managing a team you can also complete the nomination for committee form within the attatched document.
