Round 15 Wrap up

Some great games both home and away with Nillumbik doing very well

U9’s Home to Bundoora. Scoop watched Bundoora warm up, very impressive passing and foot skills. Scoop was waiting for the Master Class that never came. The flair just could not get past Nillumbik defence, nor stay on top of the probing forwards. Well done!

U12’s Drew 1-1 at Home to Heidelberg. On paper Heidelberg had the team and the form, but a gritty and determined Nillumbik kept up the pressure all day. This game really showed how much the team had improved both physically and mentally. A fantastic effort from the whole team

U14’s Drew 1-1 at Hometo Banyule. The boys started off well but could not put the ball in the back of the net. None the less the draw was welcome points in an entertaining game.

U15’s Won 5-2 Away to Light United. A very even contest last time, but on this occasion the boys were just able to play at great tempo, control the game and get the goals. Light Scored first, but this was the only part that made the Highlights Reel for Light.
