2014 NWAFCA Coach of the Month Winners - July
Auskick - LucasFranze (Greenvale Auskick)
"2 Years ago, I started as coordinator for Greenvale with minimal handover & no coaches from the prior year. Lucas was the first person to put his hand up to help. With my work closing at year-end, he even offered to take over as coordinator. He has helped me a great deal with the running of Auskick, doing warm-up of entrie centre whilst I sorted out issues or suggesting gear to buy or exercises to run".Mark Busitil - Coodinator (Greenvale Auskick)

"It has been quite visible to see the development of all participants skills throughout the year. This has been a function of playing participants in different positions on the ground and also focusing on some repition of basic skills so that they have been mastered".

"James being a first year coach decided early on that he wanted to take on this roll. His preparation for training is apparent as they run smoothly and the kids know exactly what the next drill requires and set-up and execute the drill to the
best of there ability. Game day is organized the same way and is consistent, there are no surprises they know what to expect".
