Round 13 Wrap up
Round 13 - The U15 put things right with a thrilling local derby win!
U9’s away to Heidelberg. Scoop missed the game but Coach was very happy with the team performance. Great effort!
U12’s Lost 0-4 awayto Birrarung. Show the difference between the top end and the middle! Team played well, better than the score line, but Birrarung knew how to finish.
U14’s Lost 2-1 away to Fawkner. Team drops down from ‘A’ grade then starts the demolition job on everyone. Too bad they didn’t skive earlier, could have won the league without the forfeits. Well done guys.
U15’s Won 4-2 home to Eltham. This was a very entertaining game with both teams playing to a high standard. Scoop sensed the Redbacks felt they had a real chance to win for the first time! A tight defence and threatening counter attack pretty much made the Eltham boys Bridesmaid again with 2 unanswered goals in the second half.
