Round 12 Wrap Up
Round 12 with no rain and three teams at home.
U9’s Home to Eltham Redbacks. Second week of playing an Eltham Team, second week of domination! The boys controlled the game from the start and played to coaches instructions with passing and ball sharing. Great effort!
U12’s Drew 0-0 home to Alphington. Took the points in the last encounter, but kicking the dew off the ground this time slowed the team down. Entertaining game for the fans, especially with a sausage in a roll from the canteen!
U14’s Won 2-1 home toThomastown. Big win for the team. Boys delivered under pressure, and were happy to take the points. Thomastown had some big shots that did not convert. Winners are grinners!
U15’s Lost 2-3 away Greenvale. With injuries taking their toll the boys put up a good effort in a game that was winnable when comparing the shots on goal. Good effort late in the second half and sneak a win or a draw.
