2014 NWAFCA Coach of the Month Winners - June
Auskick - Robert Erlenwein (Aberfeldie Auskick)
"Rob has demonstrated over the last 4 years his passion for engaging children in a positive, safe and enjoyable environment. His ability to also teach fundamental football skills and respect is the reason that his Auskickers are happy to return week after week and a reason that I have nominated him for this award. Children require strong male role models in the community to look up to and Rob is certainly one of these".
Michael Gallus (Aberfelfie Auskick Coordinator)
Junior - Kieran Cardillo (Rupertswood FC)
"Kieran coaches in a positive professional manner, his main goal is to see the boys imorove their skills and enjoy the game. He teaches all players to play in all positions and ensures that they are rotated throughout all positions during a game and gives all players equal time on the ground despite ability".
David Kane - Vice President (Rupertswood FC)
Youth - Ray Freeman (West Coburg FC)
"Ray has been involved with Auskick for 7 years and coaching for 5 years. He has 4 children and is involved in all their sports , now he has all 4 playing football from Auskick to U14's. He is one of the fairest participants that has been involved in the game. A truly genuine bloke".
