Div 4 vs Burns

In round 3 the UC Pumas faced a real tough challenge. The venue was the Ainslie Football Club and by kickoff the Div 4 team were knee deep in action. Captain Reon, not surprisingly, chose heads for his opening toss and set the tone for an action packed afternoon. Butters started strong but as usual couldn't maintain it for very long. Stewie was reliving his glory days with the luck of his leprechaun to keep him in the green. Swifty never made it off the bench and Timmsy showed the world he does have a bigger wardrobe than just his trusty white V-neck. Paulie put in a valiant effort, head-butting any tables that got in his way and young Tommy and James were last seen reaching for the lasers at Cube at 8am on Saturday morning. All in all it was a fine performance by the boys, with a special mention to the Div 3 boys (Ed and Bieber) that helped fill in.

We also played a game of football on Saturday against Burns. It ended in a 2-2 draw, with the Pumas blowing a 2 goal lead at halftime. The 2 goals were great team goals, finished off by sharpshooters Reon and Luty. Captain Reon was the best on field and showed everyone that Raptors are still the most deadly dinosaur.
