There are some happenings in Dingoland, as the Toronto Dingos have landed two new club sponsors thanks to the hard work of president Mick McFarlane and the Dingo exec.
With the unfortunate shuttering of the Global Village Backpackers a few months ago, the Dingos have been searching for a new sponsor pub for our post-game Saturday night excursions. That search has proven fruitful, with the downtown pub Tilted Kilt stepping forward to satisfy the thirsty Red and Black all summer long. Located at 38 The Esplanade, the Tilted Kilt will be the new home of the Dingo post-game drinks every Saturday this 2014 season - check out their website here for more information about the pub.
Meanwhile, on the beer fund side of things, the fine folks at Hogtown Brewers have stepped forward to provide the Dingo beer fund with a selection of their libatious products. A startup in 2012, the Hogtown Brewers are the latest addition to a fantastic micro-brew market that has grown around Toronto over the last few years, and their new brews - the Hogtown Ale and Hog Wild IPA - are now both available at the LCBO. Check out their website here for more information.
Big thanks go out to both the Tilted Kilt and the Hogtown Brewers for sponsoring the Red and Black, as well as all those who helped make it happen.
C'arn Dingos!
