The seniors & reserves travel out to the old Fitzroy Football Ground against formidable opponents in what is likely to be heavy conditions. The 3rds play Marcellin and U19s play Oakleigh at Princes Park. All teams are looking for an improvements and more teamwork.
The seniors will need to be on their game as Fitzroy were winners last week over StKevins at StKevins. It is likely to be heavy conditions because of the rain but there is only a 10% chance of light rain on Saturday. So it could turn into a tough match where big bodies are useful but controlled skill is more useful. We owe them one as they beat us at home last year on a very wet day.
The reserves also play Fitzroy at Fitzroy and are looking for a win. We were ok against Caulfield and Fitzroy were well beaten by St Kevins.
The thirds play their first game for the year against Marcellin at home and are looking for a strong performance. The ground will be in excellent condition.
The Under 19s play Oakleigh at Princes park starting at 2pm. Oakleigh are an unknown quantity as they had the bye in the first week.
