The 2014 Season was launched on Friday March 28 at the Rooftop Bar of the Richmond Club Hotel. Run by the Past Players Association and compared by our own Steve Marshall it was not a night to be missed. Plenty of supporters and past players all eager to hear how the mighty bloods might go this year. The answer is no one really knows but they learned we are going to give it a red hot go.
Although we did not immediately show our best form in the first two practices matches against Old Brighton (they were quite impressive) & Parkdale we did fire up on our trip to Barnawartha who were the 2013 Premiers of the Tallangatta & District Football League. It was not the win that mattered it was the players old and new playing together as a team. We started off a bit slow but really showed some classy football and blew them away in the second half.
