2013 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, December 12th at the Coburg Bowls Club, 21 Harding Street Coburg.
The AGM will commence at 7.30pm.
Any member wishing to serve as a Director and, where applicable, to hold one of the offices on the Board must be nominated by two other members. The written nomination, signed by the nominee, his proposer and seconder must be lodged to the Secretary at the postal address of the club, or hand delivered to the office of the club by close of business, Wednesday December 4th.
A list of candidates names with proposers’ and seconders’ will be placed in a prominent place at the offices of the club 7 days prior to the AGM. If the number of candidates standing for election exceeds the number of vacancies, a ballot shall be prepared for the meeting.
A Proxy may be forwarded in writing to the Secretary, 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, nominating another member or the Chairman as their proxy.
