A small contingent of players and coaching staff from the club attended the festivities and watched on as the club cleaned up in a variety of categories. There were also some personal bests recorded throughout the season.
The Dingo awards and worthy notes are as follows.
Division 1.
1. Power forward Wade Edwards was the best polling dingo with a top ten finish with three BOG awards.
2. Shaun McKay scored his first ever allotment of league votes with a BOG effort
3. Rookie Canadian Darcy Hill also scored league votes in his first year as a Dingo.
4. Wade Edwards, Jimmy Duggan and Yoni Moussadji made the AFLO ALL-STAR Team of 2013. Coach Justin Robertson was named head coach and Paul Tinkler was named as umpire.
5. Wade Edwards finished third overall in the AFLO goal kicking with 34 goals.
6. Coach Justin Robertson won the Div.1 Coach of the Year award.
7. Paul Tinkler was named Umpire of the Year.
Division 2.
1. Paul Tinkler was named runner up in the Best and Fairest count. He also claimed the Div.2 goal kicking award.
2. Although it wasn’t acknowledged on the night, the Div.2 boys finished the season undefeated, which is a terrific achievement.
Toronto Dingos president and league vice president Craig Stewart was acknowledged for his hard work with the league this year and was presented with an appreciation award.
