The first piece of silverware since the Division 2 Premiership in 2009, the Warrior Women controlled the game from the first bounce to claim Macquarie University's first silversilver since the DIvision 2 Premiership of 2009, and the first for the Women's squad.
Captain Sarah 'Boomer' Botros summed up the victory beautifully, crediting the win not only to Coach Dan Ranson and all the girls in the current squad, but to the girls that helped lay the foundation for Women's footy at Mac Uni right in the beginning.

Macquarie University have completed the perfect season by going through undefeated and capturing the Army AFL Sydney Women's Division Two premiership defeating Southern Power by 28 points.
