Round 11 Wrap up
Round 11 was 3 zip, but all the teams deserve the highest praise.
U14 Boys lost 2-1 away to Brunswick. The Boys had the majority of possession and played a great passing game. In the second half Scoop thought there was a force filed around Brunswick’s goal as shot after shot from the Nillumbik forwards missed the target.
U13/14 Girls lost 1-0 at home to Clifton Hill. Unlucky, as the girls played a solid game with not much separating the teams.
U13 Boys lost 2-1 away to Bulleen. When the Opposition Coach praises your team’s composure, shape and fitness, Coach Kane knows he boys have done something special. Great result with only 10 players. This Team is playing the Nillumbik Brand.
Small Sided had a good run out.
U8's played away to Pasco Vale, a tough assignment. Our boys applied the pressure and played well all game.
U10's were away to Lalor. A great all round effort from both sides! Our defence was fantastic with much better communication. This team is improving week by week. Nick wants you to keep it up boys!
U11's were home to Watsonia. Scoop missed this one, but was told the team put in a great effort. Every player put in to making a contest. Well done Team!
