Coach Education Nights in SWQ
Part of Richard’s role with the SWQ Thunder FC is too oversee the FQ Coach Education structure and deliver the national curriculum to ensure it meets the needs of all local coaches in catchment clubs.
He is to establish a communication strategy, set standards and update structure to facilitate the promotion of coaching & coach education.
The Thunder and Richard are developing a series of Skill Development nights at various clubs and using a club team for demonstration purposes.
Whilst he had planned to commence these in June, his recent heart attack prevented him from doing so, and hence not being able to travel outside of our Zone for a little while, will see the first of these Coach Education nights held in Toowoomba followed by outside centres by mid August
Toowoomba - West Wanderers - Monday Night 22nd July 6.00-7.30pm
Stanthorpe - Wednesday Night 21st August 5.30-7.00pm
Kingaroy - Wednesday night 14th Auygust 6.00-7.30pm
Toowoomba - Sth Tmba Hawks Harristown Park Monday 19th August 6.00-7.30pm
Gatton- Monday Night 26th August 6.00-7.30pm
