7am to 8am -- Set up -- Grade 7 Southern Group 1 Team 1

7am to 8am -- Set up -- Grade 8 Group D

 

Canteen duties this weekend

8am to 9.30am -- Canteen/BBQ -- Grade 11 Group A

9.30am to 11.00am -- Canteen/BBQ -- Grade 14 Div 2

11.00am to 12.30pm -- Canteen/BBQ -- Grade 8 Group C

12.30pm to 2.30pm -- Canteen/BBQ -- Grade 35 Div 3

2.30pm to 5pm -- Canteen/BBQ/Pack Up -- All Age Mens Div 8

 

While we understand that everyone is busy, ALL teams are obligated to provide volunteers for duty if they are rostered on.  The club is run by volunteers and it should not be left up to the same few each week.  Coaches and Managers, especially those of the older junior teams, should stress to their parents that they are required to be helping when possible.  The committee is presently considering forfeiting matches of those teams who fail to provide parents/players for set and canteen, please don’t let this happen!

 

Also, as we require two teams for set up now, some teams will be required for duty two weeks in a row, and all endeavours will be made so this doesn't happen often.

 

Ground Clean up

 

If you are rostered on to pack up it is our responsibility to leave the ground clean and tidy

 

If teams are leaving behind a mess BDAFA have asked that we take a picture and let them know of what club and team – send this information to me trevor@atms.com.au and I will look after it

 

Just on training a couple of memory joggers

1. No training in the goal mouths – as it wears out the field
2. Train in the spot you have been allocated as per the attached list
