The Tigers played their first ever game under lights at Scottsdale drive and came away with the points against some very strong opposition. The final score was 9/8/62 to 7/7/49. Goals scorers Josh Bone 5,Gecko 2( Brent Lillis) Jimmy 1 and Lingy 1(luke). The game was in the balance at 3/4 time with 1 point seperating the teams at 5/7/37 to 5/6/36. The tigers stood up and started to hit the targets adding 4 goals in the final quarter.
The team welcomed back Jono Bevan from nearly a year on the sidelines. Jono picked up right where he left off with heaps of possesions and a few runs in the middle- Great work Jono. Nic Duncan and Brent Lillis played their first games for the season and put in strong performances. The down side to the game was the injury to Jimmy in the final quarter. Fingers crossed that the knee wont need surgery.
