After a rained out week, action returns this week in the Sydney AFL competition with a fierce contest at Bruce Purser Reserve, between two teams yet to record a win in the Premier Division Competition.
Premier Division have a great record at Bruce Purser Reserve against the Sydney Hills Eagles only losing once in the history of the park. But ladder position means nothing when these teams do battle and both teams will be looking to record there first win of the year. Captain Matthew Edwins returns to take on his former team and will be looking to put in a good effort to help Campbelltown to victory on Sunday.
Reserve Grade were looking to put win number one on the board last week against Gosford, but unfortunately due to the rain it was postponed, instead they host the undefeated Sydney Uni at Monarch on Saturday. Reserve grade will be looking to put in a good performance against a side whom will most likely play finals, to help build the experience and confidence of its young and inexperienced playing group.
Macarthur Giants are a continually developing team, and will look to put win number one against a winless Sydney Hills Eagles on Sunday at Bruce Purser Reserve. The Giants have been competitive in the first few games and will be looking for a four quarter effort to get them over the line.
Good Luck to all teams on this ANZAC weekend.
