2013 Committee
After losing some key committee members shortly before the 2013 season, in VP Neil Langley, Secretary Lesley Langley, Committee member Linda Miller, and Registrar Joan De Vrond due to work, family and other commitments, the Northern Blues Amateurs were left bereft of a huge amount of experience, with only club President Jon Carter and Treasurer Joe Viola left remaining.
The call went out for an immediate requirement for new committee and soon new and old members stepped up from various diverse sources to fill the breach. We would like to welcome new:
Vice President Philip Crockford - Philip comes to the club through his association with Reserves coach Fred Lehmann, and brings a wealth of experience from his time at Maribynong Football club.
Club Secretary Rose Ferma - Rose formerley held the Secretary's position for the Northern Bullants Under 18's. She has had a long association with both the Preston Bullants Juniors, and the Northern Bullants Under 18's, and then Under 19's.

VAFA Liaison Officer Fred Lehmann - Fred has shown his total committment to the club by not only taking the 2013 role as Reserves Coach, but also putting his hand up for a committee role. He has an unbelievably well credentialled history not only in football, but several sports as a competitor, coaching panelist, and off field.
Player Liaison Officer Todd Beames - Todd has been a stalwart of the club since it's inception, and massive asset with his enthusiasm and positive attitude. A current Co-Captain of the senior team, Todd came through the PBJFC, the Northern Bullants U18's and the Northern Blues U19's and 3rd XVIII. He has figured in leadership roles within the playing group.
Marketing & Sponsorship Co-ordinator Nicholas Spagnolo - Nick is another long term PBJFC & NBFC-VAFA player, who is completeing a marketing degree. Nick put his hand up to step in to this difficult role, to ensure the club "was around for a long time".

She did a lot of work in the canteen, and has taken on the important position of co-ordinating our canteen for home games. Sharen is also a current Dragon Boat racer, and has a strong family conection to the club.
Social & Functions Co-ordinator Chloe Stubberfield - Chloe is not only putting in huge hours as our head trainer, while completing a course in Chinese Medicine, but she took on the job of organising club Social Functions. Chloe will be away in China for her course, for 3-4 months, and Kris Neil, along with several other players have volunteered to fill the role in Chloe's abscence.
Executive Committee Member Garry O'Sullivan - Garry is the GM of the Northern Blues VFL, and is well recognised amongst football circles of all levels for his wealth of football administrartive (and playing) experience. As a member of our Parent club, his support and advice is invaluable.
The above Join

Treasurer Joe Viola - Joe was a founding father of the Preston Bullants Junior Football Club, and was a key member in the forming of the Northern Bullants U19s, and now Div 4 clubs. He has been a stalwart in getting the club to where it is today, and works in finance for the Catholic Diocese.
We would like to welcome all our new committee members to the club in 2013, and wish you all the best in what shapes up to be an exciting, and hopefully successful, inaugural year in Div 4.
