All players that play an U18 TAC Cup game with the Cannons are asked to fill in a Post Match Evaluation Sheet by Monday 9am following the game.

Fill out your Post Match and email it to Meg, Andrew Jago and your line coach.

Your line coach will complete your feedback utilising your own evaluation.
