After having two seasons away from the game he joined the Roos and quickly made an impression at the club, being named Vice Captain after just two weeks.
Rauny is a colorful character and will often be seen wearing his bright pink shorts and Fluro hat or having a laugh with the boys

Jarryd Hill takes centre stage on day four of the player profiles.
Jarryd Hill was a revolution in 2012, his first year at the Roos after moving to the coast for Uni from Ballarat, where he played in Victorias premier junior league, the TAC CUP for the North Ballarat Rebels.
2012 bought many highs and lows for Hilly with great performances at the beginning of the season having him leading the club vote count halfway through the year only to be struck down with back related injuries restricting his performances for the second half of the season.
Blessed with a killer left foot, a rare ability to read the game and a tan to die for.
We hope Hilly can put his injury problems of 2012 behind him and have another big year in the green and gold!

Wrapping up week one of the player profiles is Kane Tyson.
Kaneo is our 2011 club best and fairest and 2012 Runner up which speaks for itself.
Kane is a tall, strong, fast midfielder with a booming kick who plays an integral part in our midfield, with the ability to win a game off him own boot.
Kane not only brings football talent to the Roos but his sense of humor and outlook on life bring a breath of fresh air around the club- A much loved member of the Roos family.
A great club person and a phenomenal footballer, we look forward to Kane having another great year for the Roos in 2013.
