The Appin United Show 'n' Shine held on the 9th of February has been a huge success for the club, foretelling of a very successful year ahead. A huge showing of soccer club members, car club members and the general public ensured the day was very busy for all involved.
Three awards were handed out on the day including a public voted 'best of day' and 'shiniest of day' but also a commitee choice award. See the photo for all the winners and the amazing jet powered remote controlled car, one of the highlights of the day.
A very big thank you to Donovan Photography - our official club photographers, Macarthur Castles for supplying the Fairy Floss Machine and the Super Slide that the kids had a ball on, Appin Rural Fire Brigade for bringing down their truck, and to Appin Bakery for the supply of the bread and rolls. I hope everyone that attended had a great day!!
