Well the 2013 season is almost here and the Ballandean Soccer Club is now able to take registrations.

Please take some time to read the important information contained below and we look forward to meeting you all in the not to distant future

Please follow the following instructions to register online for our club.

Before loging on it is recommended that you have/know your 

• First Name
• Last Name
• FFA Number
• Date of Birth
• Home Address
• Last club paid for

1.  Go to the MyFootballClub website: www.myfootballclub.com.au

2.  Click on “Register Now”

3.  Select “Player Registration” at the bottom of the page.

4.  Select the first option – “Click here to proceed to the login pages”

5.  Login using your FFA number and password:

6.  After you log in click on “Make a Registration” or “Register Now”.

7.  Check that your contact details are correct.

8.  Make sure your photo is recent and appropriate. Registrations with in-appropriate photos will be rejected! Photos must be a passport style photo from the shoulders up with no hats or sunglasses.

9.  Make sure the mandatory fields have been entered and click the “Proceed with Registration” button.

10.   On the next screen, enter in the club name which is Ballandean Soccer Club (If you get a message saying there are no packages then click OK and check the club name.)

11.   Select the Registration role as: “Player”. (Note: If this is the first time you have registered to play football in Australia you will need to confirm whether you played in another country.)

12.  Select the correct Registration Package that applies for your registration.

• Please note Football Stanthorpe has mandated for the 2013 season that from 6 – 9 years will pay $120 and 10 – 14 will pay $140 so that ALL clubs offer the same package.
• From Colts on-wards clubs can charge differently depending on their set up and their own running costs. 
• Other then the junior packages
• The two packages for Ballandean are under 18 $150 and Over 18 $205.

*Note under or over 18 does not designate your age group for which you play merely the registration cost for playing

• In this group we have (club will asign you after registration - you just need to register as per your aage group)
• Colts 14 – 17
• Ladies 14 – open and
• Men 17 – open. 

13.   Then click the “Add” button.

14.   Click the Next button at the bottom of the screen.

15.   Answer the Yes/No question at the top. Read and acknowledge all the Terms and Conditions then click Next.

16.   Click on “Pay Now” to pay online with a credit card (VISA or MasterCard) (At the moment we are not set up to take online payments so you will have to bring a cheque or money to designated sign on days - bring your invoice). Or can select “manual Payment at Club” button if you want to pay at our club registration day. Payment must be made before a registration can be accepted.

 17.   Answer the questions on the last page and click the “Save All Answers” button.

 Your registration has now been submitted. Make sure you have paid your fees and completed any necessary ID checks, etc.

• Football Stanthorpe has advised ALL clubs that there will be a cap in each age group (maximum number of players a club can register for each age group). This is to ensure that all clubs can field teams in each age group. If too many numbers in all clubs in said age group then a club/s can field a second side.
• These capped numbers have been formulated based on the registration figures for 2012. All clubs are hoping that with the new development and promotion of junior football in our region that as a collective group we will attract more players then last year.
• Therefore it will be recommended that everyone register their child or themselves intention to play for which ever club he or she chooses as early as possible so that if cap numbers are filled or overflowing suitable arrangements can be made to fix the system and/or allow individuals to find another club if their first choice is full.
• An example may be if enough numbers in the 8 & 9 age bracket we may be able to have a separate Under 8 and Under 9’s sides.
• Please be patient with clubs and in particular our club Ballandean during this process as we all work together for the benefit of the game and our ultimate goal of getting as many juniors and seniors on the park in our region as possible
