On Saturday 9 Feb & then again on Sunday 10 Feb between 10am & 2pm the club house doors will be open for Season 2013 registrations. All are welcome. Bring a friend!
On the Saturday we will be having some entertainment on the field. Things like a Jumping Castle, Arcade games, Music, Kick to Kick, Free BBQ...etc. Its all free & should keep all children interested & having fun whilst you fill out the rego forms.
Our major sponsor Bendigo Bank will also be there handing out applications for free $10 bank accounts for every child that signs up on the day.
Important Registration Notes:
1. Springwood AFC is one of the fastest growing clubs in QLD. We have nearly tripled our membership in the past 3 years. We only have 1 oval & teams should fill fast. With this in mind do not risk showing up at training to register & expect to play. You may be disappointed as a team may already be full. Dont risk this happening & make our job easier. Please come to sign on day & register in your team. If you cannot make it to either of these 2 days please reregister & pay online.
2. Recently you may have been sent an email informing you of our online re registration process. If you re register using this can you please pay using the options provided. If you re register online but do not pay your are still not officially registered or insured & still cannot train or play. Please log back in & pay or come to sign on day & pay in person. To re register/pay online just click on & follow this link:

Also note only current or past players can register online. New players must come to sign on day with a copy of their Birth Certificate.
3. Previous players will not, but all new players will need to provide proof of age (Birth Certificate) unless they are transferring from another Queensland club.
4. If you are an U16 player who has already started training this year you must pay your rego either online or at sign on day. The 9th of February is the cut off time for insurance. Hence after this you can no longer train unless you have paid.
5. Financial Assistance Vouchers may still be available under the Government "Get Started" child rego assistance program mentioned in previous emails. If you qualify for this scheme you could save up to $150 in rego fees. For more information on this go to our website: https://www.springwood.aflq.com.au & click on the 2013 rego tab at the top of the screen.
