Register To Play with the Bombers in 2015

Quakers Hill Bombers Junior AFL Club are now taking registrations for Auskick, Junior & Youth for 2015 Season.

Bombers are planning to have the following teams in 2015.

Auskick Under 6
Auskick Under 8
Junior Under 9
Junior Under 10
Junior Under 12
Junior Under 14
Youth Under 15 - we are unable to field a full team, players can register with the Bombers and play on permit with another Western Sydney Region club
Youth Under 17 - we are unable to field a full team, players can register with the Bombers and play on permit with another Western Sydney Region club

All registrations MUST be done online by a parent or guardian, via the sporting pulse website, this is due to legal and privacy issues. Instructions on how to register online are here. If you paid a deposit or in full on presentation day and have yet to register online, we would appreciate your assistance in registering online soon.

The following details will guide you through each of the options.

All new players to AFL will have to present to a Club Official proof of date of birth as part of the registration process.

In addition to completing the Registration on-line, all members of the Club are to sign the Quakers Hill Bombers Code of Conduct. A copy can be downloaded via the link at the bottom of the page.

We also have a media permission form to be completed by all families to ensure that you are aware that we may want to use photos of you or your children on our website or in promotions. This form will confirm that you understand this and provide the club with permission. A copy can be downloaded via the link at the bottom of the page.

If you are transferring from another club to the Bombers, there are restrictions and guidelines to be followed. In this case, please email the Registrar via qhbombers.registrar@gmail.com

Every Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 - 6:30pm

Registration Fees

At the Bombers we try to keep our fees to the minimum.

Fees in 2015 are as follows

Under 9 to Under 17 Players (Price includes Club Hat for any new U9 to U17 players)
1st child: $145.00
2nd and subsequent child: $140.00

Auskick $75.00 (No discount for Auskick)

Payment Plans

At the Bombers we understand that sometimes it is hard to manage the household budget to pay the full amount in one payment. If you wish to pay via a payment plan, please contact the Registrar via qhbombers.registrar@gmail.com and ask them to call you to discuss the payment options available to you.

How to Register

For existing members:

Odds are you will need to retrieve your existing username and password, so click on the 2nd option “I’d like to request my username and password”.
Once you have retrieved this information from your email inbox, return to the 1^st option “I have played in this club before and have my username and password”.
Enter your username and password, then simply follow the instructions ensuring that your details are up to date and correct.
Once you have completed these steps, return to this page and follow our payment options listed below including your child’s name as a reference.
Once payment has been received, we will go into FootyWeb and annotate receipt. We will also issue a receipt that will be handed out at the beginning of the season.

For new members:

Select the 3rd option “I am registering to this club for the first time”

Payment Options

We are happy to advise that payments can now be made via a credit card when you register online. Please note that this choice of payment does incur a 3.9% transaction fee that goes to the operators of the system. You will find that the system will automatically indicate the price which includes this fee.

We also offer payment by direct bank transfers, and over the counter deposits, cheques and cash at our Registration days.
