(“Easts
FC”)
is
proud

announce
the
appointment
of
Stephen
Glockner
as
Senior
Football
Manager
&
Michael
Rooney
as
Brisbane
Premier
League
(“BPL”)
Coordinator
for
the
2013
BPL
Season
onwards.
Stephen
will
be
responsible
for
the
entire
football
program
at
Easts
FC,
whilst
Michael
will
be
responsible
for
the
coordination
of
the
BPL
program
from
Under
12’s
through
to
U
18’s.
Easts
President
Glen
Brown
noted
“Steve
and
Micky
bring
a
wealth
of
football
coaching
knowledge
to
the
Club
along
with
a
passion
for
developing
players
from
juniors
through
to
senior
footballers.
We
are
honoured
that
Steve
and
Micky
have
accepted
our
offer
and
we
look
forward
to
building
a
BPL
program
from
Under
12’s
upwards
that
we,
our
players
and
supporters
can
be
very
proud
of.”
Steve
Glockner
also
noted
“Being
wholly
responsible
for
the
football
program
at
Easts
with
Micky,
will
ensure
the
same
football
learning’s,
training,
and
strategies
will
be
implemented
throughout
the
Club
from
Under
12’s
through
to
the
Senior
First
team.
Easts
have
given
me
the
opportunity
to
implement
programs
which
will
fully
develop
the
potential
of
all
Junior
BPL
players
into
potential
first
team
players
at
the
Club
and
beyond.
I
am
looking
forward
to
implementing
and
refining
these
strategies
with
my
coaching
team
over
the
next
few
years
at
Easts
FC.”
Peter
Davidson
(current
Veto
League
Coach)
has
been
re--‐appointed
in
the
same
role
for
the
2013
season.
The
Club
is
currently
finalising
its
BPL
Coaching
appointments
for
Under
12’s
through
to
Under
18’s.
Information
sessions
on
Easts
FC’s
2013
BPL
program
and
subsequent
trials
will
be
released
soon.
