Please be aware that the Moorebank Magpies AFC Annual General Meeting will be held at Mounties on 7th November commencing at 7pm in Conference Room AB.
As per the Clubs constitution, the order of business at the Annual General Meeting will be:
a) Apologies.
b) Confirmation of minutes of previous Annual General Meeting.
c) To receive from the Committee, reports upon the activities of the Club.
d) To deliver the annual financial statement
e) Election of office bearers of the Executive Committee.
f) Amendments to rules (if any).
Nominations of candidates for the election or appointment as office bearers of the Executive Committee shall be made in writing and delivered to the Secretary not less than seven (7) days before the date fixed for the Annual General Meeting.
