Please make sure these are completed and submitted and passed on to your Team Manager before the practice matches. (see previous email for forms)
PAYMENTS
Payments are due by Oct 19. Please refer to payment email sent on Sept 24 for details. If payment is not made by this date, players will be ineligible to play.
BANK DETAILS
The player payment fees for season 2012 have been set at $400.00. Payments can be made by cheque or EFT.
For the banking details for direct deposit refer to the email sent out earlier or email: cmwines@bigpond.com
Please enter the players name as the reference or team and FFA number (e.g. U17B 12345678) when making payment by EFT. Receipts will not be issued for EFT payments. Cash payments are discouraged as Committee Members will not have a receipt book to issue receipts or feel comfortable handling cash.
In addition, to provide fees relief to parents with more than one child playing the fees are reduced by $30.00 per player. For example, parents with 2 children will be entitled to a $60.00 discount on their combined fees.
ACCOMODATION FOR GALA ROUNDS
Please note that accomodation in Shepparton and Bendigo for the gala weekends is scarce. It would be advised to try and get accomodation as early as possible.
TRAINING AND GAME TIMES
Please make sure that players arrive at the ground half an hour before the advertised start time and one hour before the game times.

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
