Club Secretary Dionne O'Dwyer has announced that the Club's Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday November 21st, 2013 at 6:30pm at the Weyba Road Clubrooms.

The Noosa Australian Football Club's next Annual General Meeting will be held at our Clubhouse, 155 Weyba Road, Noosaville Qld 4566

Nominations:
At the Annual General meeting of the Club, all the members of the Management Committee for the time being shall retire from office, but shall be eligible upon nomination for re-election. Any two members of the Club shall be at liberty to nominate another Member to serve as an officer of the Management Committee.
Nominations are to be received in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
The nomination is to be signed by the Member, the Members nominator and seconder. If no written nominations be received, nominations shall be taken from the floor.
Should written nominations be received for each position, no nominations will be taken from the floor.
To be eligible to serve on the committee you must:
- Be an adult and be a financial member of the Club;
- Agree to abide by the policies of the Club.
Voting:
- Voting will take place at the Annual General Meeting. For positions, other than committee person, where more than one nomination is received voting shall be by secret ballot;
- Where a member chooses to vote by proxy or by attorney that proxy or attorney can only hold the vote of one member;
- One parent, guardian or care giver per junior member family shall be entitled to one vote.
